We are proud to announce the successful publication of our inaugural issue (Volume 1, Issue 1). The first issue is freely accessible to Digital Humanities scholars worldwide at https://accesson.kr/kjdh/. As of September 1, 2024, it has garnered significant international attention, with 1,300 unique visitors, 600 views, and 300 downloads globally. This enthusiastic reception demonstrates the growing global interest in KJDH and the potential reach of research published in our journal.
The upcoming issue is scheduled for publication on November 30, 2024. KJDH is committed to advancing digital humanities scholarship through the following distinctive features::
- Data Submission for Peer Review: To enhance research transparency and reproducibility, we require the submission of research data during the peer review process.
- Open Data Sharing: Following publication, research data will be made publicly available, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration within the academic community.
- Open Access Publication: All articles will be published open access, available in both web page (XML) and PDF formats.
- Diverse Article Formats: We welcome innovative formats, including short papers on humanities data design and construction, as well as tools and code for digital humanities research.

Submission and Review Process:
- All manuscript submissions and reviews will be conducted through the ACOMS+ system (https://acoms.accesson.kr/kjdh).
- Please register on the ACOMS+ system before submitting your manuscript.
- Research data should be uploaded along with the manuscript submission.
- The review process and results will also be communicated via the ACOMS+ system.
